What you'll do

  • Meet clients to understand their processes and where they are stuck
  • Document requirements as clear specifications, process flows and user stories
  • Work with our development team throughout the project to keep delivery on track
  • Run demos and acceptance testing with clients, and bring their feedback back to the team

What we're looking for

  • Graduate in any discipline — an MBA or a technical degree is a plus
  • Strong written and spoken communication in English and Hindi
  • Structured, analytical thinking and attention to detail
  • Interest in how businesses run (accounting, inventory, HR); exposure to ERP is a plus
  • Comfortable with Excel and documentation tools
